6.  Add the pieces of chicken, the
                      garnished bouquet, salt and pepper,
                      in the saucepan with onion and
                      vegetables.








                   7.  Recover the whole with a half water
                      and a half white wine.












                   8.  After bringing to a boil, reduce heat,
                      cover and let it cook during one
                      hour.











                   9.  In the meanwhile, peel the potatoes
                      and cut them in four.












                   10. Boil the potatoes during about
                      twenty minutes in a saucepan filled
                      with water that you bring to a boil.
